What are your hours?

8:30am - 5:30pm. Monday-Friday. Closed Weekends & Holidays.

Desktop Publishing (Graphic design) is available 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.

Where are you located?

We are located on W. Aaron Drive in State College, PA, in Aaron Plaza, near the intersection of Martin St. & W. Aaron Dr. When you enter Aaron Plaza, go left to find the driveway to the back of the Plaza. Our Address is: ProCopy, 434 W. Aaron Drive Suite 104, State College, PA 16803.

Software- What filetypes do you support?

PDF's saved at high resolution with embedded fonts preferred.

Can you reproduce copyrighted materials?

We need written permission from the copyright holder in order to reproduce copyrighted materials. We can apply for permission through our copyright department. Additional charges will apply.

What is File Drop?

File Drop is the name of our method for customers to submit files to us online. We print from PDF’s, but you can also use File Drop to upload other files types if we are using them in a design project for you.

What is the file submission process?

Once you upload using our File Drop, here is what happens next:

Do you accept credit and debit cards?

Yes we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Debit cards.

Do you deliver?

We no longer offer delivery. All orders are shipped to you using the USPS or UPS, or made available for pickup at our storefront.

When submitting an online coursepack request, what information should I include?

Provide your contact information (name, phone number, and e-mail address), course name and number, semester, and campus where the packet will be used. After we receive the request, we will contact you to discuss the coursepack in more detail.

Can I include materials that are copyright protected in my coursepack?

As part of the coursepack process, we will pursue copyright clearance on your behalf for any works that may require permission. We will keep you informed of the permission status as well as the publisher’s fee for reproducing the work.

I would like to prepare a coursepack—how can I submit my materials?

We prefer to accept coursepack materials in PDF form via our File Drop link above. If you have paper originals, please contact us to make arrangements to drop them off to us curbside. We no longer offer pickup or delivery for campus materials.

How do my students purchase the coursepack?

We supply our coursepacks directly to local bookstores. For courses taught at Penn State, University Park, we supply the Student Book Store and/or Barnes and Noble on Campus. If you teach elsewhere, we will coordinate with a bookstore in your local area. Your coursepacks representative can provide you with more details.
